It&#8217;s interesting to see that the company views season passes in a similar way to pre-purchases, which means they\u2019re subject to many of the same rules and considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/partner.steamgames.com\/doc\/store\/seasonpass\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recent guidelines<\/a>, developers who provide a season pass are essentially committing to deliver future content. (i.e. listing each of the four DLCs included in a Pass).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A basic description of the content that\u2019s included in each DLC. For example, the first content release might be \u201cThe Glitterlands Expansion \u2013 New area to explore, two new weapons, and new enemies.\u201d It\u2019s not required for the DLC to have a final name at the launch of the Season Pass. The information about the content in the DLC doesn\u2019t need to be detailed (simply \u201cnew weapons\u201d or \u201ctwo new weapons\u201d is acceptable, they don\u2019t have to list the exact weapons).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expected release date for each DLC. Quarter and Year (i.e. January to March 2025) or Season\/Year is acceptable.
