Sony Rewards Program associated with its Sony and PlayStation credit cards will shut down by the end of 2024.
This is according to a recently updated FAQ page, the rewards website and mobile app will be shut down on 31st December 2024. Users have until that date to utilize any points, access their accounts, and submit any bonus points, and purchase credit request forms via the app.
As of 21st July, users will no longer be able to mail in physical bonus points or purchase credit request forms.
The PlayStation credit card was initially launched in 2017
It’s important to note that the Rewards program is different from the PlayStation Stars program, which constitutes PlayStation’s loyalty and digital collectibles initiative. The rewards program involves earning points through the use of Sony and PlayStation Visa credit cards, which can then be redeemed for items such as electronics, gift cards, and PSN Store codes.

The Sony Rewards program will end on December 31, 2024, which is the last day to redeem points in the Sony Rewards catalog and access your account. The Sony Rewards website and mobile application (“mobile app”) will no longer be available after that date.
