Bandai Namco’s Tekken 8, the upcoming installment in the renowned fighting game series, is scheduled for release in January 2024. Before the official launch, the Tekken 8 Demo will be available in December.
The Tekken 8 Demo is a glimpse into the anticipated game, featuring Unreal Engine 5 visuals, fresh mechanics, and updated character designs aimed at extending player engagement.
The demo will be accessible on PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X, and Series S.
As of writing this the playable characters in the demo are Jin, Kazuya, Paul, and Nina. Featured stages include Urban Square (Evening), Yakushima, and Sanctum.

Tekken 8 Demo: Release Dates & Platforms
- PlayStation 5 owners can access the demo starting 14 December 2023
- Xbox and PC users must wait until 21 December 2023
Head on over to the PlayStation Store and you will find the Tekken 8 Demo ready to download.
Ensure you have a minimum of 28 GB of free space on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Series S, or PC to enjoy the game.
