2023 was a rollercoaster in Hollywood, the fact that the WGA and SAG-AFTRA went on strike for months has slowed the production of many movies, including the likes of Marvel who had scheduled a few movies for theatrical release in 2024. With the DCEU also taking a hit with new changes as well as a new scope of where the DC universe will go has been the question and in 2024 – Joker: Folie a Deux is the only DC Comics adaptation set for the big screen.
