Tekken 8 is tweaking its accessibility choices after professionals raised worries about possibly unsafe colourblind choices. The demo for Tekken 8 launched last month and offered players various accessibility options. Still, some people have said that the colourblind settings could give them migraines and some could experience vertigo, a sudden internal or external spinning sensation.

Speaking during a Tekken Talk Live show, director Katsuhiro Harada revealed that accessibility advisors had contacted him about problematic settings in the accessibility options, specifically its options for colourblind players which presents characters in black and white.
Tekken 8 launches on 26 January 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
